The cooking scale offers fine detail measurements in 0.1g increments, making it perfect for small quantities of yeast and condiments. You can easily control the amount of yeast and condiments with the trace mode feature, which allows for measurements from 0 to 200g in 0.1g increments, and from 200g to 1000g in 0.5g increments.
