Our Super-Steel fry pans are made with NSF-certified 18/8 stainless steel for excellent heat conduction. The Excalibur coating, one of the best non-stick coatings available, can withstand the daily demands of the kitchen. Featuring a helper handle for ease of use and additional safety, this fry pan has a 12 and three-fourths inch diameter with 2 1/2 inch sloped sides. It is made from durable stainless steel, is induction-ready, and is NSF Listed.

The heavy-duty 3-ply bottom consists of 2 layers of stainless steel surrounding an aluminum core for superior heat distribution. The hollow handles have a hang hole for easy storage and are securely riveted to the skillet for increased durability, with an additional helper handle for easy transportation.
